Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 11/13/2008 2:50 pm Nelrak again this is a really and truely nice coin ! one of the better struck examples of the barber series quarter dollar coins I have seen . sometimes I wish that the TPG's would do the whole job when they grade and give a die state opinion as well as the numerical grade . This appears to be a Very EDS example on the obverse a little later on the reverse but still well struck . Report this Post to the Staff

I think PCGS gave you a bump in the grade for great luster and pretty clean fields. I would technically grade the coin a 64+ due to the ticks on the cheek, lips, neck, and the Reed Marks on the neck. PCGS is known as a pretty tough grading company so perhaps I'm being a bit too picky. Report this Post to the Staff
