Generally we need to see photos of the whole coin (both sides) and a close up of the date. Off hand it appears you have some Machine Doubling on your coin in the motto, but again, we'd need to see more of the coin. I'd recommend you visit this site http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...6DDDO001.htm and see if your coin matches examples there.

On a doubled die it is not the edges of the devices that you look at. It it the centers of the devices. They will be enlarged in the centers:

On on these devices how the devices are increased in size? If you look at the outside edges you will always find the same thing. Machine doubling.
