1989 P Zinc Memorial cent.

The last 9 in 1989 looked like MD at first but it looks like a different 9. I searched for an error like this and came up with nothing.

Your 9 has Machine Doubling. Very common issue, no premium.

It is just DDD. ( Die Deterioration Doubling) This affect the outside devices first and get worse as the die ages.
