Definelty not a doubled die. Do they have a doubled die for that year?

I would say circulation flattening, not MD, DDO, or a DDO. Regardless, no added value.

The devices are just flattened. When they are doubled dies the devices will be enlarged:

If you go to you tube and look up blue ridge silver hound and watch his videos it will help you a lot. He keeps it fun interesting and he keeps you up to date on what's selling what to stay away from etc. I've learned more watching him the last month than I have here or looking at pics and trying to research. You'll like him. and welcome

In general,you tube info is only as good as the person posting that video. I have only watched a few and most of them are inaccurate. Consider the sources.
