Looks like a die chip on the 9. Can't see any doubling on the face.

Die chip on the 9 for sure. Photos suggest Machine Doubling around portions of Abe's face. Larger, higher resolution photos (with less glare) might help in this determination.

at this moment I cant make better quality, but I will try, made another picture, you can see the lines that doubles, what do you think it can be doubled machine?

i will get equipment to do better picture of doubled face, I think its Machine Doubling, I wanted to ask if it is Machine Doubling, will it increase value of the coin?

The issue you are experiencing is location of the light source. To low of angle will show the edges of devices. Too bright will cause glare. Non diffused light will make reflections standout. Try to use a light source centered over the coin, with the light diffused, that is not to bright. That is where to start.
