Another one to add to my small collection of double struck flipped over in collar small cents. This was from the May 2020 "Coin Expo" Geoffrey Bell Auction. I have as of yet, to find one in mint state condition from George VI. From George VI, I have the following flip-over strikes in small cents: 1941, 1944, 1949, and 1950, all from F to EF grades.
I have other years, double struck, rotated in collar but I find those not as cool as the flip-overs.

Quote: ...wonder how these stay in circulation for so long? John100> when mint state, the double struck design is not easy to see, unless you know what you are looking for. This is especially true for the hammer die (reverse) on the second strike. Have a look at my 1962 and 1970, as mint state examples.
