Here we are, in the second year and on the seventh design release of those West Point quarters. Today I found my first, a 2020 Weir Farms in what I believe would be an MS66 or higher bearing zero contact marks using a magnify glass. I would surmise this one was in the middle of the roll and cracked open for the tellers drawer at a convenience store I stop at every morning. My point is, if I can find one, anyone can find them. And I'm fifty-miles from a major metropolitan area. Suburban/rural if you will.

Nice find. So far, I have not even found a Weir Farm "D"! (hundreds of "Ps" though.

Maybe, but it will be a LONG time. So far I have seen 3 2020 quarters (all Weir Farm and surprisingly both P and D mints), haven't seen any 2019's and only one 2018. That makes my chance at finding a W mint coin pretty slim. The 2019 and 2020 quarters probably won't be commonly seen here until 2025 or 2026 by which time they will probably have been pretty well picked over for W's.

I live less than 20 miles from the Denver mint, and have yet to see one. They are out there, they are just avoiding me, and I not looking for them. That is more for someone else.

I promised the recent one to my niece who collects primarily foreign coinage. The next one I'll offer to anyone who has yet to find any. No charge.
