Images are no help. But they all look normal in size. If they were a strong doubled die, then they devices would be enlarged. If you are seeing the outside edges of devices affected, that is Machine Doubling. A double die is on the die, thus called a doubled die. Machine Doubling alters coins, whether regular or doubled dies. But only doubled die come from a doubled die, not from a loose machine altering the devices.
. Can I ask where are you seeing DD? Obverse or Reverse? Do you have a few sites to look and compare your DD to theirs? There's quite a few sites if you don't have I or someone here would be happy to get them for you.
I would agree a Machine Offset. It's not a double die. If you open the obverse in a separate tab and enlarge a bit you can see doubling on Lincolns back and front of suit and possibly the nose.
Closer, higher resolution photos--in better light--might help determine what's going on with the coin. At this point, the coin looks like a common brown, moderately circulated memorial cent--with the dings to show for it.
