I know that this topic has probably been discussed before, but I couldn't find a definitive answer using the search feature:

I'm going through some family heirlooms for a friend. Included in the stash are a large number of silver certificates (looks like early '20's through 1957.) Most are well-circulated, but there are a couple that look AUish.

I'd like to be able to give them a good idea as to value. I could look on ebay for sold prices I guess, but I'd like to find somewhere that would provide more details about the number printed, etc.

Thanks for any advice.

If you want to message me the dates you are looking for, I can take screen shots of those pages in the Whitman Guide. Those prices are not as accurate as ebay, but they will give you a good idea also

Will do, hfjacinto. I'm putting together a list of the series, condition and serial numbers. Will forward to you ASAP. Thanks.
