1985 D Lincoln Cent (Low Mint Mark)
Right is the normal 1985 D
Left is the low mint mark
Nether one is in very good condition.
Just thought it was odd to see the mint mark that low.
Was unable to find any info on this type of error.

They were hand punched into the die. So they both are in the target area. So both are normal.
1985-D-Lincoln-Cent-Low-Mint-Mark
But still normal.

Perhaps the Broncos did poorly the Sunday before and the mint worker wasn't caring where the mint mark went.
