This is a very nice coin that I am having some trouble determining whether it fits any of the registered VAMs.

The obverse doesn't have much obvious which I understand is important for VAM status, but the reverse has an RPM and it seems to me that the feathers on the eagle's neck are not normal. It is very possible that the feathers were enhanced with engraving.

I am hoping someone will see something I have missed.

p.s. - if I offended anyone the other day, I apologize. It wasn't a great day overall and I lost my temper.
