Hi! I'm new here, my name is Monique. I'm hoping I am in the presence of some experts as I know when I stumble upon a good find, but I don't know what anything is worth. I have tended bar for 10 years so I have always handled a lot of cash and I have put a few bills aside over the years. This past shift I found two misaligned/cut 2017 US dollar bills in like new condition, and with back-to-back serial numbers. I thought wow, that's pretty rare and also cool... hey, maybe these are actually worth something? The silver $2 (I think) is dated 1953 and also in fantastic condition. If anyone can tell me the worth, if anything, of these bills or offer a little more information on them I'm very interested. Thanks so much for checking out my post.

-Monique

to CCF. The two miscut notes have a small premium, you can check ebay sold values for an idea on current values. You can also check the $2 note there.

I don't collect note errors so I can't say what its worth, I would think maybe a few dollars over face. The $2 US Note is in circulated condition so not worth much. I would say $4 at most and that's being generous. You can get a $2 CU note for $5.

Welcome to CCF.
The miscut aces are kinda cool and although considered a minor error, they could sell from $50-$75 each. The 1953A $2 LT is kinda common so mid-grade and lower examples do not command much of a premium.
