Pretty nice size die chip above bay 5 column 6. Crack running from left of memorial to chip and past a little then up the front of cornice toward NU of UNUM. What do you think cause the impression between the memorial and T of UNITED?

Split plating. The zinc gets exposed, then it starts rot process. Not a plus for the coin.
