I would just like to ask if anyone knows anything about this coin. I've noticed something different and is not sure if it's an error coin. But I would love to hear everyone's input whether I have something valuable or if I actually came across an error coin or it's just an old worn out quarter

to CCF. Looks like an early stage Dryer Coin or spooned coin...not an error.

Thanks for replying and giving your opinion. So why is it thicker than other quarters, and the mask on the face is missing or Isn't it the other way around. Also there are no ridges on around it

Did you click on " Dryer Coin"?

The reverse rim looks like it is widening outwards, just like you would expect on a dryer or spoon altered coin. Not a plus for the coin. Just damage to it.

Has that early spooned look. Google 'spooned coins'.
