Well it is not a tetradrachm of course, but you can start here. Some kind of a hemidrachm I imagine. Bob L will tell you right away if such a coin exists and link you to it if it does.

The coin is supposed to be of the Baktrian King Eukratides, but IMO it doesn't appear to be genuine.

The softness indicates a cast though I am not convinced that even the original that it was cast from was ancient

My point originally with my comment of "if some coin exists" is I don't think this pattern occurs that I can find on a coin hemidrachm or drachm weight coin. There is a bronze over 7 gram unit of Eukratides II and of course the Tetradrachm with the pattern so I was thinking it was more of a fantasy piece? There are small silver coins but were any struck with this pattern?
