IT might be die scratches or light Feeder Finger Damage? On the bust there is a huge fingerprint.

Yeah. Fingerprints I dislike them. It's like finding a great error and it's an ender. Oh boy ender. Usually happens to a hard to find error.

Looks like the head on the statue is showin some die scratches making the head look strange. (Note the die scratches outside of the memorial area)
