I found this coin roll hunting and I'm pretty sure its MD but Wanted to get the pros opinion. Doubled Eye, Nose, Chin And Ear. Nothing else has any doubling.

Machine doubling. Note the affected area? The edge of devices/designs are Machine Doubling. On the doubled dies, there is a spread with the contour on that area. The MD removes the contour of the devices on one side. Other side is normal.
