Not sure what this is called by maybe a die chip on the y in liberty. Also possibly a double ear and something going on with the 8 and 6 in the date

Hes die chip on the 'Y'. The date is showing Die Deterioration from die aging. Contact mark on the ear. Note the area is incuse, pressed down from coin contact on that area.
