The devices DO NOT appear to be reduced...so I'm thinking YES to the double die...however I'm not familiar with these coins...good luck

After doing a quick search on google to see what a normal 25 Centavos looks like I agree with Greasy Fingers, what you are seeing is not on any "Normal" 25 Centavos from what I can tell and does in fact look like you have yourself a Doubled Die, nice find!
Edit, I also see the "Tripling" that Spence sees.

For what it is worth: I have noticed over the years that a lot of foreign coins are either called doubled dies that are actually MD to U.S. collectors or are very common in their respectful countries. John1

I have a theory , if I find more samples like this, so it probably is a Doubled Die, I going to make a search for others 25 cents 2011. If I find another coin like this , I will post the images here,

Hello Guys, I have found another sample, with exactly the same doubled.     For me it is definitely a doubled die, once the hub should reheated the misaligned die for two times Sincerely

Nice doubled die! Weak tripling with a wide spread. I've managed to pickup a few Brazilian doubled dies recently. I posted pics of them to my site: http://crdievarieties.com/doku.php?id=brazilHave you found any of those jmarcelo?

Many thanks Tanman, and yes, I have already found the coins that you have shown, BTW, you took very nice photos of the coins the zoom is perfect, you have a very nice collection,
During my mining, I also find some varieties on both families of REal plan (found in the same era), I will make the post showing these coins soom,
