Just a note: don't get confused by the lined below the building,those are Feeder Finger Damage. Very nice find. I found a ton of trail dies and even have a few posted on their site

Actually there are some Feeder Finger Damage. But I feel this was a trail die that suffered from both. Some areas are each.
The site mentions the die scrapes. So it is both:

Reverse is MDS - faint die scrapes through the O of ONE. Notice the trail line on the base tip. Die scraping in bay 11 and over the T of CENT.
