Not an error. Looks like a hit from a coin with a reeded edge.

Looks to big to be reed damage. A further view might show if it is a lamination?

I think when you share a coin. Show full picture of obverse and reverse. Then (a) close up of issue. But not to many pictures.

Perhaps a 1/2 view of the coin. That way we can see if the lamination is there, or not. It can be in usually a straight line direction in any direction. That be be helpful to see:
