Lighting makes it difficult too evaluate this coin.

this is DDD, a suggestion though y you should really try to achieve better lighting, you are wasting a lot of time posting coins that you would not have posted if your lighting was correct. Use the search function for tips on lighting, not trying to sound mean just not wanting you to waste your time....

Also there is Machine Doubling on the motto. Note the step down appearance on the SW direction on the these devices. On a doubled die, the devices would be enlarged, not reduced by Machine Doubling:

Also note on the fields, you can see heavy die flow. So the die also had an issue with extreme die wear. Neither a plus for the coin. It is still a silver melt coin or a hole filler in an album. (Coin is 72 years old now)
