Not seeing a RPM. Did you try and find an attribution number?

Just noticed it Yesterday but do you see the S to the left of the S looks like the mint misplaced the mint mark, then realized it was wrong so they moved it

It does look pretty much like the mintmark, but my vote is for Pareidolia on this one. If you do an overlay, is this shadow mintmark of the same dimensions as the actual mintmark?

If it were a RPM the affected area would be raised above the fields:

Note how the first punch marks are seen on this RPM:
To add a mintmark, they are punched in hard. Note even the first taps which are not as strong, still rise above the fields.

Note the hammer in the left hand. What you are seeing are stains on the surface of your coin.
