Mint Defect Or Circulation Wear ? - Coin Community Forum

Attdriver221768 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 07/19/2020 11:00 am I've noticed this same quarter with strikingly the same defects and felt there's gotta be a link to it being a mint defect.
