I'd say it's closer to AU then MS.

There is a lot of blue lighting which makes it hard to see the luster, but I would say maybe MS-62/63?

Leaning towards AU58. Do need better photos--full obverse and full reverse for starters.

Based on the pictures, the high points look MS. However, the fields and toning on both sides are typical of circulation.

New pics are no better. If this coin is MS, it will no doubt have some visible red.
