1964 D LMC. Any Thoughts?

I believe this is lds DDO as per the remnants of the bar under L and doubling under the B in Liberty. Couldn't match it on CC but that's the only site I've tried so far. I'm more curious as to what's NW of the 9. Could that be the top of another 9? There are no hit marks in that area and it sure looks very similar. Thanks for any help.

Looks like part of a contact mark. Note the incuse mark on the '9'?

As always, thanks coop for your input. I've attached three more pictures with different lighting. I see the contact mark. What I fail to see is how this could create the area in question. It is raised like it was part of the die. There is not other metal moved that I see. There are two faint raised lines between Lincolns jacket and the 1. Looks like a clash but I could be wrong. Anyone else wants to chime in please feel free. Thanks.

It looks like a die crack, the hit on the 9 is just a contact mark. Thanks for the extra images. It helps me see better what your seeing.
