I've been through easily 10,000 circulating rolls in my life, starting in the mid-1970s. I have found a grand total of four Indian Head cents in all these rolls. I've probably found 8,000-10,000 wheat cents. I have found numerous foreign coins from a couple dozen different countries, and even found one civil war token (1863 Army/Navy), and a couple of coal scrip tokens.

I haven't seen a $10 box; it's usually in $25 quantities. Of course, they may have one open to sell you 20 rolls.

ive found two a 1901 and a 1907, although I do have an advantage in that I get to see the coins before the roll searchers do

Funny. I have four or five IHP's in my collection and all of them have been given to me in change at cash registers (one of them in the last month). However, I have never ever found one through searching. I think there is a lesson in there somewhere, although I avoid life lessons when at all possible.

I've found just one (1907 VG) in my many years of cent searching and it happened during my search of coins for the Cent Project (Thanks, Chuck!). I've found lots of wheats, canadian, other foreign (Bermuda & Barbados commonly). I've only found maybe 5 teen wheats, one of which was a 12D.
So consider yourself lucky to find one. It's like a 1 :100,000 or fewer chance.

I have never found one in searching many rolls. I only saw one in circulation in my life. Kid next door got one in change. It was back in about 1947. They were almost unheard of back then. Of course, back then I never had ANY money.
