What's this coin and does it have any value?
Is the date suppose to be like this ? And the inner rim seems off , is that an error or no?

I don't see it listed in Krause.
I suspect it wasn't a real coin.

@Kanga, I see it listed in my Krause, Italy 500 Lire k111. Year 1988 issued 142 Million. Listed as 40 cents in VF. In practice it would be found in junk boxes. I can't comment on the date or the rim as I do not have one on hand.
