1999 P Georgia State Quarter - Multiple Errors Reverse & Rim Obverse?

Well the logo devices are incuse. (Not raised) So contact marks will show like they fall behind the ribbon, when they don't. But the 'D' is a die chip off the die, (which these devices are raised on the die) thus the broken off void on the die is leaving a raised area inside the incuse area. I don't see evidence of a MAD or a fin. The dies are really showing a lot of DDD thus making the devices mushy looking. (including the EPU) The Motto on the obverse is showing die polishing that reduced the size of these devices making them thinner. But there are probably still a lot more coins expected out of this die. The devices continue to wear and deteriorate a lot linger before they look like this:








So all you have on your coin is die events that will continue to get worse with continued use. Hope this helps. If not, ask more questions.
