Sorry that is Machine Doubling. Meaning, the die was normal this strike and the machine damaged the outside edges of one side of the devices. On a doubled die, the devices are enlarged, not reduced like your coin has. Also the enlarging is on the central area of the devices. On the normal image (lower - right) on the 9 & 8, you can see Machine Doubling on the right sides of these devices. Not a doubled die, just from a normal die, with Machine Doubling that happened right after the strike by the machine that damaged those areas in a single swoop.
Man I though it was something I even looked for the gauge under the letter n in cents and the st in trust .but thank all of you that tookthe time to comment it is highly appreciated
