not sure if maddieclashes has itJohn....it does look slightly rotated (the clash itself). It came from a sealed mint bag.

Very cool! How many errors did the sealed mint bag produce? I've often thought of getting one myself. I know 1999-2001 are some of the best years to look through.

@coinhunter2 I pulled out 14 of them. 4 were clashed,but not as significantas this one. @stnecow1 this would have to come from a quarter roll to be able to fit,lol. It came from a bag

The reverse, second mark near the proto rim, is from the rim gutter on the die.
