You'll need to help us more. While the images are ok, you have given vague information about it being a DDO while asking a fairly specific question about the population.

You'll have to give us a die pair or variety number or description of where you are seeing doubling because I'm not seeing it. I'm not sure how to speculate on population in a grade for an unknown variety?

We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

I'm not trying to be a joker or anything, but the answer is zero. A proof can not grade MS 67+. Pretty coin though.

Proofs are graded using a PR designation, to distinguish them from business strike coins. A business strike coin with a grade of 67 would be much rarer than a proof coin with that grade hence the need to differentiate the grades to some degree.

Also, proof Roosevelts are not given the FB designation because it's assumed they will always have FB given their different manufacturing and handling procedures.

As to population, according to PCGS has 604 at PR67 and 287 at PR68 for the non DDO variety.

As for the DDO, there are a number of DDO's for that year (at least 17) so much better pictures of the date and motto are needed to help you with that determination.

PR-67 Most of the non toned ones are DDO or DDRs, but here is the PCGS listing for the normal proof:
https://www.PCGS.com/cert/34587889
$14
PR-67 Cameo:
https://www.PCGS.com/cert/36128944
$26
PR-68 Dcam:
https://www.PCGS.com/cert/85750806
$65 one grade higher. (No Dcam PR-67 listed) All others were higher grades or DDO or DDRs. Cost more to grade than it would be worth. IMOHO.
