I just pulled this out of a grocery store coin roll. I don't know how I keep finding them in this good of condition.

It would probably need at least MS66, 67 or better, to be worthy of TPG, anything lower and I'd put it in a 2x2.

I personally think it would be MS 61-62. I'd say 63 but it has a couple minor dings.

Hmm, I figured it'd be higher than 55-58.

I have trouble grading coins, because when I look at the PCGS grading system, the AU58 and MS/PR62 look just about the same. The MS/PR 61 looks beat up and the 60 has big cuts in it.

Then again, there is a difference between business strikes and proof.

I need to be careful about where I put the light next time. I just noticed that the glare makes it look like the reverse has a lot of corrosion around the 7-9 o-clock position.

I don't know why, but it still looks like theres crud at the 3 and 9 o-clock positions haha. I don't know what it's reflecting off of this time.

I really need a better setup someday, instead of using an Ipad with a jeweler's loupe over the camera lense.

Lighting can obscure the evidence of wear, but it's still there. This coin is AU.

Remember nickel is a much more hardy metal then say copper, therefore takes more force to leave those marks...AU-55/58
