Realy nice lustre on this coin, could be a weak strike but I see wear on the bell, looks like the line are worn on the left side and the bottom looks to have some damage. MS-60

If that look on the bottom of the bell (bell-bottom?) is simply a trick of the light or a weaker than average strike then MS-64.

Great job with the picture , capturing luster is tricky and very difficult but you nailed it with this photo .

The coin should grade a solid 64, the bell weakness is a norm for this coin , its opposite the obverse high point and indicates a little less than full strike .

Very pretty Franklin none the less !

I graded this one MS65, in-hand the fields are almost flawless which is unusual for the early S mint Franklins. The only marks of note are a small nick on the shoulder and then a small bag mark by the mint mark and another at the bell lines. The bell lines are a little more pronounced in-hand but nowhere near full. This thing is just dripping with luster
