It might just be the angle or the lighting, but it looks cleaned, with MS Details.

I think it's been cleaned but could just be photo lighting so I'd say Uncirculated details

Based on the first set of photos AU-58. It looks like there is light wear on the hair above lady liberty's eye. The second set of photos make the coin look like it is MS-62-ish.

AU-58. Coin flip on whether it gets a details grade. I'd say straight grade though due to reverse. If someone had cleaned it, guessing they would have messed up the reverse too but reverse looks MS so probably circulated lightly and obverse got heavier handling.
