I have a 2007 wyoming quarter unlike anything I've seen. I've searched all over and can't find anything like it. I'm hoping someone here can help me identify this quarter and if it is unique. I tried to upload clearer pictures but it wouldn't work.

This coin is damaged. Just worth face value. When it gets back to the bank, they will add it to their pile to send back to the mint to be canceled.

to CCF. Not a mint error. Someone with too much time on their hands. It is PMD.

I just found a similar one today. The obverse is normal but the reverse looks the same as yours.
