That's interesting and it's really nice to have your coin's images in print! I have a couple of non-coin images on Wikipedia as well.
I have a slightly different situation, but I'm a photographer and have found dozens of my copyrighted images, not just images of coins, used on the web without my permission. I even found images of a new car I bought in 2000 being used in a used car advertisement in 2010. Most of the time I enjoy the fact that someone likes my work enough to repost my pictures, but in that case I sent a copyright warning to the magazine that published the photo. I also found someone using one of my weather images as their own on an online Photography Game that I play. I reported them and the account was deleted because players have to affirm that each image they post to the game is their copyrighted work and no one elses.
I recently found a picture I took of my Schnauzer almost 10 years ago, when she was a puppy, being used on a calendar with no copyright info for any of the images used. I liked the image and love my dog, so I just let that one ride too.
I have started posting all of my coin images with a textured red background so that it's easier to spot my images. Sure they can remove or replace the background with another, but most people that violate copyrights are too lazy to take the time to do that.
