Looks like a normal proof, no doubling. To my knowledge it's a DDO for this year, not a DDR. FS-101 is a DDO.

Take your coins out of the holder before taking pictures.

Very good pics. Looks like MD on the obverse and not seeing any doubling on the reverse.

@mrf, the only thing that I would add is that when you do put this coin back into a 2x2, please flatten the staples. It is a good habit to get into. I'd hate to see you mark up an adjoining coin (or this one) with a scratch.

Looking at Variety Vistas does and Wexler's dies, I feel the ones on V.V are normal coins. I made a SBS of three examples and they all show the same doubling on the areas in question on the 'STATES OF' area:

So mr. Coop are you agreeing with me that mine matches? Because I did my homework and made a match before posting

What I'm I'm saying it that all the ones I saw on PCGS had that same affect that is listed on V.V. So if it on all of them, it maybe a striking issue, not a doubled die issue. (keep in mind the images on Variety Vista show devices that are normal on some areas of the coin and doubled on other devices. With your images so close in, it removes perspective as to whether is it enlarged, or just normal) Thus why I put the side by sides of three different coins, with the same affect on all three. So I questioned why V.V called the DDRs?
