I see Ridge Ring and damage from a coin counting/wrapping/vending machine.

Around the date either shift plate doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling ( with the Ridge Ring I would say most likely DDD)...both cases no added value except to your "knowledge bank"

It's DDD 85,86,87. are full of them with Ridge Ring ,some will cut half the letters off, must be some on the back too. And you will find some with die cracks too. happy hunting ,and good luck
