There is no attachment places for jewelry I think that's just the light hitting the dust on it in pictures 2 and 3. I don't know what a bezel is or what spooned means. I saw someone has a similar one online selling for a good chunk of money saying it is a penny stamped on a dime. I don't have weight or diameter I was considering taking it up to a local shop that could tell me about it. I have had it for a few years just thought it was a lucky penny I found in my apartment one day. Report this Post to the Staff
