If you look on the 3rd and 5th photo, the "I" in "REGINA" and the "I" in "ELIZABETH" is "double" on both sides of the "I". Something a Doubled Die or Machine Doubling cannot do.
Machine Doubling only affects one side of the device Die Deterioration Doubling affects all around the device A Doubled Die is literally double of the exact same device slightly offset in one direction or the other accompanied by notches or completely split serifs.
