Here's a 1967 5 cent that has some doubling on the Obverse.

What are thoughts as to what type of doubling Machine or DDO?

What you are seeing is neither a doubled die or Machine Doubling, what you see is actually Die Deterioration Doubling.

If you look on the 3rd and 5th photo, the "I" in "REGINA" and the "I" in "ELIZABETH" is "double" on both sides of the "I". Something a Doubled Die or Machine Doubling cannot do.

Machine Doubling only affects one side of the device
Die Deterioration Doubling affects all around the device
A Doubled Die is literally double of the exact same device slightly offset in one direction or the other accompanied by notches or completely split serifs.
