It doesn't look like Machine Doubling, since the devices don't look reduced.

I thought it might have been flat field doubling, but I believe that only happens with proof coins.

I slightly turned the coin in 2 of the pictures, so there wasn't as much glare.

In the last picture, I had the coin up on an angle to show the "doubling" better.

You can see it around the left side and slightly below the IBER in Liberty, plus the 199 of the date.

I thought it might have been zinc bubbles, but it doesn't squish.

Edit - It looks like some type of DDD or "abrasion" doubling.

By the date is DDD. You need to work on getting rid of the light glare.

I have a digital microscope with the white LED lights coming in a couple days. That should help with all the glare in my pictures. I'm currently using a table lamp with a bulb for a flood light in it haha.

Edit - Later today, not in a couple days. I just received an update for it.

Die Deterioration Doubling or plating disturbance doubling. I suspect the latter, as he the rest of the coin seems to show a relatively early die state.

Liberty is also showing the same DDD. I can tell if the devices are showing it on the tops of the images. But it is also possible to show it their also.
