Hi Everyone, Attached is a 1918 Newfie 50c coin. I have no idea what the grade of this coin would be. If anyone can give me some advice it would be appreciated.
Thanks Drew

I'll say VG/F details (cleaned, rim damage).

Agreed with @coinfrog. I love the NFLD 50c....even when they're a little beaten up they're very striking coins.

I'd give it an F-15, but heavily/coarsely cleaned and rim dings... but it's silver and not something you see every day.

Well, actually you see them every day at any LCS in Canada!

See the solder on the rims, this coin was once mounted as a jewelry item.
It is no longer a collectible coin, it's a melt value item, 'bout $11.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

F-15, the condition in which these are most commonly found.

Hi, Thank you everyone for your responses. It is a different coin and it's really nice getting professional help with these coins.
