Looked on Variety Vista couldn't find anything so, figuring Machine Doubling , but thought I would ask as I am learning to discern the differences.

Looks more like Die Deterioration Doubling to me. Machine Doubling is flat and shelf like.

Or a slight attempt at split plating? But they affected area is not raised. If it were a doubled die, then the areas you are looking at would be raised above the fields:
1995-P-LMC---Machine-Doubling-Or-Something-Else?
The spread would be seen on the centers of the devices on a doubled die.

So possibly split plating in the In God We Trust? I did some research and I read that zinc corrosion can occur in the area of the split plating. Looks like maybe there is some of that. Then is there Die Deterioration Doubling on the Liberty?

On Liberty, that's Machine Doubling (looks flat and shelf-like) to me
