1) I believe this is just one staple struck on the obverse, then bends directly onto the reverse. 2) Because of the staple, I think that caused the last 5 letters of "PLURIBUS" to not be struck properly. Or this could be an unrelated occurrence which would make two errors on one coin. 3) There is some other strike next to "In God We Trust" which would make 3 errors on one coin...

The weakness on the reverse in Pluribus is a minor Grease Filled Die. All the rest is PMD. A strike through would not displace metal the way this one is.
