It has the rim Cuds by liberty and looks to me like the fs-104 but I've been wrong about other things many times so I can take it if it isn't it.

NOT FS-104.

It does look like WMDO-001, Master Die Doubling, but need close up pictures to confirm. https://www.doubleddie.com/384301.html

Definitely not the FS-104 and definitely not a DDO.

Probably a master die doubled example: (Happened 50% of the time from coins from all three mints on cents that year:
