Hi guys,

I have this 2019 P Roosevelt dime and noticed that the copper on the reeded edge is running onto the Reverse rim of the dime. Can someone explain why or how this happens? What type of an error would this be?

Usually when I look at a dime, I see all silver metal and only an even copper line along the reeded edge of the dime. On this 2019 P Dime, the copper line along the reeded edge of this dime is not even. (See close up photo) Why is this?

It looks like you may have a small spot of missing clad layer. The rim looks normal to me.

Normal coin. The copper layer isn't always uniform. No error.

Depending on the direction the blank was cut, that metal edge moves upwards or downwards in color. Wider in the direction the blank was cut.
