The coin is 26.5 millimeters in diameter, weighs 8.11 grams,backstory is unknown,i bought it secondhand

The "bulges" on each side are interesting. It doesn't appear to be damaged, since there is no corresponding issues on the opposite side.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

No way to know if it is for a Sac dollar, a NA dollar, a president dollar, or an Innovation. The Innovation dollar is less likely though since none of those have been made for circulation. Would still be possible for one to get out in a bag or roll set though.
