Also the dies was over polished. Note how small the devices are on both sides of the coin.

I dont believe those are polish marks coop. They extend past the strike from the die onto the blank planchet itself

coop was referring to the reduced size of the devices, not the roller lines.

Can we get a close-up shot of the date and mint mark? Have you look closely at that area?
