Hello, trying to learn the difference between die chip, Cud, and the other errors that occur on coins.. Just came across this bit of extra metal on FDR's brow, and a tinier one at the bottom corner of his mouth. Not the best photos but I'm guessing this is a die chip? thanks

It is quite possibly a die chip. Those are common areas for chips on Roosevelt dimes. That particular example is so small that it wouldn't add any value, however.
